How it works:

After you register for the summit you will receive a welcome email. Then, you will receive an email from globaloutreach@fitzmauriceinstitute.org each day of the three days, August 7, 8 & 9, with links to the videos and resources for that day. Asia and New Zealand will be one day later due to time zones.

When is the Summit Happening?

The Fitzmaurice Online Summit will air August 7-9th, 2020, and is available for you to watch until August 12th.

When are the sessions taking place?

Everything except for the “Rest and Digest Sessions” is prerecorded for you. The content for each day will be made available at 12:01am/midnight CDT. We recommend starting the day at 9:00am with Lee Su-Feh and Perry Piercy’s guided warm-ups. Then to listen to and engage with the interviews of the day at your own pace. This content will be available to participants for 48 hours.

What if I can’t watch an interview at a particular time?

You can watch the presentations for 48 hours and then you can get the recordings and transcripts of all the summit sessions permanently when you upgrade to receive unlimited access to the inspiration, resources, and powerful practices presented by the experts featured in the Fitzmaurice Voicework Summit.

Is the summit available for those who are deaf or hard of hearing?

Our delivery method is Zoom. Financial restraints did not allow us to have reliable options for visual and hearing impaired. However, audio transcripts are available through zoom. Contact: business@fitzmauricevoicework.org, if needed.

Is the Summit available in different languages?

No, but we do have offerings with Fitzmaurice practitioners speaking in their home language.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email when I registered. What do I do?

Once you register, you should receive a confirmation email from business@fitzmauriceinstitute.org. If you do not see it in your inbox after about 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or your promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us so we can confirm you are registered.

Additionally, you will want to add business@fitzmauriceinstitute.org and globaloutreach@fitzmauriceinstitute.org to your safe senders/contacts list.

Will I be able to download the video and audio from the Summit?

No, but you will be able to view the video presentations on the All-Access Pass page after the Summit.

How long is each interview?

Each expert interview is about an hour. Each day of the Summit also includes two 15-minute guided experiential practices with Perry Piercy and Lee Su- Feh.

What should I prepare?

We suggest you dress comfortably and view in a space where you feel free to sound and move. Fitzmaurice voice work is experiential.

I need help upgrading to the all-access pass. Who do I contact?

You can reach our Business Manager for support during the hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm Pacific, Monday through Thursday, at business@fitzmauriceinstitute.org.

I upgraded to the all-access pass. How do I access my recordings, transcripts, and bonuses?

If you’ve upgraded, you’ll have access to your collection through your AllAccess Pass subscription page, where you’ll find the session videos, and exclusive bonuses as they become available during and after the Summit.

To access your collection:
On August 12, we will send the permanent link to all of the videos to the email address you used to purchase the Pass.

How can I request a refund for my purchase of the Fitzmaurice Voicework Summit?

If, for any reason, within 14 days of the date on your receipt you decide the Fitzmaurice Voicework Summit is not right for you, just email us to request a full refund. We’ll cheerfully refund your payment in full within ten business days.
